What's in the Regular and #SuperSnacker boxes?

Each monthly Regular size box contains 9+ premium, hand-curated items: snacks, supplements and/or protein powders. (Average box value is $50+) For you #SuperSnackers out there who want to keep on snackin', our #SuperSnacker box contains 18+ premium, hand-curated items: snacks, supplements and/or protein powders. (Average box value is $80+) Each box also comes with a free workout!



Will I be locked in a contract?

No way! You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime, before the renewal date - the 30th of the month) or you can pre-pay for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time. We'll even give you an additional discount, up to 15%, off your prepaid plan! If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 30th of each month. You will get a reminder email on the 29th each month in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. We know life happens, so don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll gladly welcome you back to the #cleanfitfam when you are able to rejoin. :)



How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE in U.S. For shipping to Canada, it's $25 for the regular size and $50 for the #SuperSnacker size box. Rest of world shipping is $50 for both regular or #SuperSnacker size box.



When will my box arrive?

We ship on or around the 15th of each month. Orders placed until the 25th of the month will receive the current month's box. If you order the 26th-31st, you are subscribing to the following month’s box. Plans automatically renew on the last day of each month. ​ FREE U.S. Shipping!



Can I give a CLEAN.FIT box as a gift?

Absolutely! :) Simply select "This is a gift" at check out and then decide whether you'd like it to renew. If it's a one-time gift, just make sure "Automatically renew this subscription" is unchecked (it should be unchecked by default). Then you're all set! You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure to enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address! :)



Can I buy just one box?

Absolutely! When you check out, simply select "This is a gift" and then just make sure "Automatically renew this subscription" is unchecked (it should be unchecked by default). And you're all set!



What is your cancellation policy?

While we try to delight all of our customers by selecting awesome, high-quality hand-curated products each month, we know it's not for everyone, and that's OK! If you are not completely satisfied with your CLEAN.FIT box, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time before the renewal date (the 30th of each month). If you wish to cancel, you can do so directly in your account or by emailing us at info@icleanfitbox.com.



How do you pick the items in the box?

Everything in the box must meet our strict brand promise and NEVER include:​ Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's); artificial preservatives, fillers, flavors, or colors; trans fats or partially-hydrogenated oils; fake sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup​​. On a more fun note, we taste-test items before they go into the box to make sure they are not only good for you, but also taste great too! (It's a REAL tough job, but somebody has to do it! ;) We try to mix up the types of items that go in the box each month to give you maximum variety.
