August 2022 At-home Workout


August is National Wellness Month, where the focus is on self-care, stress management and healthy routines. Exercise is not only good for the body, but amazing for your mental health too! Let's reach those health and fitness goals this month by practicing routines and turning them into healthy habits! ๐Ÿง

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
30sec Mountain Climbers 
30Sec Squats
30sec Burpees
30sec Pushups

30sec High Knees
30sec Plant
30sec Bear Walk

Rest 30-60 seconds 
REPEAT 2-3x (or 20 minutes)


Cool Down
5 minutes of stretching
Try: Calf and Quad Stretches, Pigeon Pose, Crossbody Stretch, Overhead Triceps & Shoulder Stretch and Child's Pose

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it.  ๐Ÿ’ช
