Mission Impossible At-home Workout

Tom Cruise seems to defy age... How does he still manage to fling himself off buildings, jump out of airplanes, and do other physical wizardry for his day job at almost 60 years old?!

Yes, he of course has a whole team of folks helping him stay in tip top shape (muuuust be nice!), BUT the secret of what really keeps him young has nothing to with money or fame: he prioritizes eating well and staying active!

He is certainly an inspiration to us in that regard.

We've put together a bodyweight MISSION IMPOSSIBLE workout for you, so you can channel your inner TC in the comfort of your own home. ๐Ÿ’ช

Warm-Up
10 minutes: walk (or run) it out. Cardio is an important part of any exercise routine, and TC incorporates a lot of it into his workout regime!

Workout
10 burpees
20 sumo squats
30 Superman (or Woman!) Be sure to keep core tight.
40 push-ups On knees is totally acceptable!
50 side lunges - 25 each side
60 second plank with alternating shoulder taps
70 seconds of squat jumps
80 โ€‹alternating crunches and leg lifts
90 seconds of wall-sit
100 mountain climbers

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it. You can also do the routine in reverse, starting with the 100 mountain climbers and working backwards to the burpees (although if you're like us, you'll prefer to knock the burpees out early ๐Ÿคช).

*If you aren’t sure how to perform any of these exercises, bodybuilding.com is a great resource with how-to videos. Also, be sure to always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. ๐Ÿ˜Š

YOU GOT THIS!!!  ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
