December 2021 At-home Workout

This month's at-home workout is a true Holiday Hustle!

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
15 Calf Raises
Flutter Kicks (60 seconds)
15 Burpees 
Up and Down Planks (60 seconds)

15 Squats
Mountain Climbers (60 seconds)

Rest 30-60 seconds 
REPEAT 3-4x (or 20 minutes)


Cool Down

5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it.  ๐Ÿ’ช
