February is the month of love... 💕And the perfect time to focus on giving your self some love, too!

It's easy to get caught up in the day to day taking care of everyone else: your family,  your partner,  friends, colleagues... all the people! But it's SO important that we prioritize taking care of ourselves as well, so that we can have the energy to give to others. ✨ 

Here are a few of our favorite ways to practice #SelfLove this month!👇

#1. Have a "date" with yourself. Treat yourself to lunch or coffee with your favorite book, go to a movie by yourself, get a pedicure, or just go for a walk alone. Being by yourself is a great way to recharge.

#2. Practice JOMO - the joy of missing out. Seriously though - saying NO is an excellent form of self care. By doing less, we have more time to do things for ourselves that matter the most.

#3. Create a STOP-START-CONTINUE list. STOP = the things in your life that no longer serve you. START = the things you want to do moving forward. CONTINUE = things in your life that make you happy currently.

#4. Cook yourself your favorite meal. We all have that one meal that brings us comfort no matter what - take the time to whip it up for yourself! No special occasion needed ☺

#5. Write a note to your future self. Get out a pen and paper and write a note to the 5 years in the future version of you. List out all your great accomplishments to date, to remind yourself how awesome you are.
