HEART HEALTHY WORKOUT for FEB ❤️
February is all about the HEART. And we're not just talking about Valentine's day, it's National Heart Health Awareness month, too!
This month's at-home workout is sure to get your heart rate up to keep it healthy and strong!
Challenge a friend to complete it with you! 💪
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out.
15 Sumo Squats
30 Calf Raises
15 Dead Bugs
10 Mountain Climbers
Side Plank (30 seconds right side)
Side Plank (30 seconds left side)
Rest 30-60 seconds
REPEAT 2-3x (or 20 minutes)
5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose
You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it. 💪
