January 2022 At-home Workout
We don't know about you, but we're feeling '22!....well, 2022, that is. 😉
And while we aren't big on New Years Resolutions around here, we do believe that daily movement is a healthy habit we could all benefit from!
This month's at-home workout will get you ready to tackle anything that 2022 throws your way!
Challenge a friend to complete it with you! 💪
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out.
22 Skater Jumps
22 Plank Taps
22 Wood Choppers (right side)
22 Wood Choppers (left side)
22 Jumping Jacks
Rest 30-60 seconds
REPEAT 2-3x (or 22 minutes 😉)
5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose
You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it. 💪
