May is mental health awareness month, and exercise is not only good for the body, but amazing for your mental health too! Let's reach those health and fitness goals this month, and better our minds through it all! ๐Ÿง

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
15 Plie Upright Rows
30sec Wall Sit
15 Pulldown Pumps

15 Curtsy Wings
12 Single Leg Rows
30sec Plank
10 Side Curl Squats
20 Lunges

Rest 30-60 seconds 
REPEAT 2-3x (or 20 minutes)


Cool Down

5 minutes of stretching
Try: Seated Forward Bend, Knee-to-Chest Pose, Reaching Butterfly Pose, and Child's Pose

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it.  ๐Ÿ’ช
