Women's Month Workout for March ๐Ÿ’•

March is all about recognizing and celebrating strong women who challenge the status quo. All month long, we're shining a light upon all the badass women right here in our #CLEANFITfam community! ๐Ÿ˜

Celebrate Women's History Month with this workout to help you find your inner strength and embrace your individuality! 

Challenge a friend to complete it with you! ๐Ÿ’ช

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
15 Reverse Lunges with Knee High
15 Jump Squats
15 Pushups
40 Mountain Climbers

15 Commandos
20 Rever Situps
15 Tricep Dips
20 Skaters

Rest 30-60 seconds 
REPEAT 2-3x (or 20 minutes)


Cool Down

5 minutes of stretching
Try: Seated Forward Bend, Knee-to-Chest Pose, Reaching Butterfly Pose, and Child's Pose

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it.  ๐Ÿ’ช
