November 2021 At-home Workout
Regular exercise is crucial for keeping your immune system strong.
This month's at-home workout will do its part to keep your immune system BOOSTED ⚡
(and your heart rate, too 😉)
Challenge a friend to complete it with you as accountability for staying healthy and well through cold season! 💪
Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out.
Workout
10 Bear Walks
10 Reps/Side Forward Lunges
10 Jumping Jacks
15 Glute Bridges
15 Leg Raises
15 Reps/Side Cross Body Climbers
Rest 30-60 seconds
REPEAT 3x (or 20 minutes)
Cool Down
5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose
You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it. Your immune system will thank you! 💪
