October 2021 At-home Workout

This month's at-home workout will get you and your heart rate JUMPING 🤸‍♀️ 🤸‍♀️

Challenge a friend to complete it with you, and see who can get through all the exercises faster. 😉

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
30 seconds burpees
60 seconds REST
30 seconds star jumps

60 seconds REST
30 seconds mountain climbers
60 seconds REST
30 seconds jumping lunges
60 seconds REST
REPEAT 3x (or 18 minutes)


Cool Down

5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump (pun intended) back into it. To modify the star jumps, keep one foot on the ground and alternate kicking one leg and the opposite arm out at a time. To modify the jumping lunges, opt for regular lunges instead. Guarantee you'll still break a sweat, modified or not! 😅
