Start Your Morning off Right with a Baobab Smoothie Bowl!

Weekends are a great time for making beautiful, delicious, and nutritious smoothie bowls!

Try the recipe below by our friends over at The Positive Thread. This delicious Superfood Smoothie Bowl includes powbab Baobab powder (from our April box) and Genepro organic whey protein (from our March box). Oh, and read more about the power of Baobab in our recent blog post!

Superfood Smoothie Bowl Ingredients: 1 Sambazon Unsweetened Acai Pack 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup mixed berries 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. Powbab Baobab powder Optional: 1 scoop GenPro Protein Powder Toppings: 2 Tbs. freeze dried strawberries 2 Tbs. freeze dried raspberries 1 Tbs. goji berries 1-2 Tbs. dried mulberries 1-2 Tbs. unsweetened toasted coconut flakes 1 tsp. hemp seeds Directions: 1. Place açaí pack in wrapper in a glass of water to defrost for 1-2 minutes.

2. Cut open and empty açaí pack into blender.

3. Add all ingredients except toppings.

4. Blend until smooth.

5. Pour into bowl.

6. Sprinkle toppings over bowl and eat immediately.
