Craving something sweet and satisfying, yet low-guilt? We got you covered!
Check out these yummy little cookie dough bites that are packed with protein + superfoods, take less than 5 minutes to make, and best of all? They ACTUALLY taste like cookie dough! (Trust me - they are even boyfriend approved - and that is a hard stamp of approval, lol!)
Oh and did I mention that they are made with some of our favorite CLEAN.FIT items?! Yep - Crazy Richard's Cashew Butter from the July Vegan box plus Motha Butta from the February box. And the plant-based superfood protein is from Earth Maven, which just might be coming to a CLEAN.FIT box near you (hint hint ;).
Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup Crazy Richard's cashew butter
2 tbsp Motha Butta coconut butter
1 1/2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
2 scoops of Earth Maven plant-based superfood protein powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
Melt the coconut and cashew butters in a medium-sized microwave-safe for 30 seconds. Then add in the honey and vanilla - stirring well. Add the sea salt and protein powder - a half a scoop at a time, stirring well.
Once thoroughly mixed, form cookie dough balls with your hands. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and enjoy! (Keep the leftovers - if any... doubtful, haha - in the fridge.)
