#Quick&Easy Recipes: Winter Chili

Looking for a simple yet delicious (and nutritious!) dinner idea?!

We gotchu! Check out this protein-packed and easy weeknight dinner, that will make plenty of leftovers to feed you for days!


1 lb of grass-fed beef

1 lb of organic turkey

1 jar of organic marinara/spaghetti sauce

1 can of fire-roasted diced organic tomatoes

1 onion

2 bell peppers (any color!)

2 cans of Great Northern beans (or beans of your choice)

3 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons ground cumin 2 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons salt (add more if needed) 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper *optional


  1. Heat olive oil over medium in a large soup pot.

  2. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add ground meat and break it apart with a wooden spoon.

  4. Cook for 6-7 minutes.

  5. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.

  6. Stir until well combined.

  7. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, and spaghetti sauce.

  8. Stir well.

  9. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

  10. Let the chili rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Top as desired before serving!
