Even just taking 30 minutes to tidy up your main living spaces makes a huge difference in your mood, stress levels and overall well-being. If you’re not feeling social but still want to connect, channel your penpal days and try writing a letter or sending a postcard to a loved one. Everyone loves snail mail and you’ll feel great knowing you’re going to put a smile on their face when they open their mailbox! 😊
