Easy Almond Flour Blueberry Loaf Recipe

  • 1 cup unsweetened organic applesauce

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 ½ cups packed almond flour

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal (you can put whole flaxseeds in a blender to create "meal")

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries

  • 1 packet of Artisana Organics nut butter from your CLEAN.FIT box (or 2 tbsp nut butter of choice) to drizzle on top


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prep an 8 ½ x 4 ½ inch loaf pan with spray EVOO.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined. Add in the almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda and salt. Stir well to combine. Fold in the blueberries.

  3. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for ~45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle of the bread.

  4. Take out of oven and allow to cool. Top with nut butter and enjoy!
