30 sec High Knees (or march in place)
30 sec Butt Kicks
30 sec Push-Ups (on knees is fine!)
30 sec Jumping Jacks
30 sec Glute Bridge
30 sec Straight-leg Sit-Ups (or crunches)
30 sec Crab Walks (see modification here)
30 sec Squat Jumps (or air squats)
30 sec Plank (either on forearms or hands.... on knees is fine!)
30 sec Burpees (see modification here)
Rest 10-15 sec between exercises.
