September 2021 At-home Workout

This month's at-home workout is a SCORCHER πŸ”₯but we know you can do it! πŸ’ͺ

Challenge a friend to complete it with you, and see who can get through all the exercises faster. πŸ˜‰

Warm-Up
5 minutes: walk (or run) it out. 

Workout 
10 burpees
20 sumo squats
30 Superman (or Superwoman!
πŸ’ͺ) Be sure to keep core tight.
40 push-ups On knees is totally acceptable!
50 side lunges - 25 each side
60 second plank with alternating shoulder taps 
70 seconds of squat jumps 
80 ​alternating crunches and leg lifts
90 seconds of wall-sit
100 mountain climbers


Cool Down

5 minutes of stretching
Try: Downward dog, Supine Twist, Forward Fold, and Child's Pose


 

You can do it! Take a short break during the sets if needed, and then jump back into it. You can also do the routine in reverse, starting with the 100 mountain climbers and working backwards to the burpees (although if you're like us, you'll prefer to knock the burpees out early πŸ€ͺ).
