Thanksgiving is a time when many of us are blessed enough to enjoy yummy food with our loved ones, and to reflect on and celebrate all that we have to be thankful for.
Thanksgiving feasts can also be a time when our clean eating goals go out the window in lieu of all the yummy goodies… but it doesn’t have to be! Now, we believe in balance, so we aren’t saying not to #treatyoself to your great aunt’s famous pumpkin pie (you definitely should!). But you can also do some turkey day swaps for healthier versions of the classics.

Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs: These high-protein deviled eggs are surprisingly easy! For a twist, try adding in some truffle oil - or if you like a kick, try some chopped up jalapenos on top!
Arugula + Fennel Salad with Balsamic-Dijon Vinaigrette: This simple fall salad is sure to please - your loved ones won’t believe the delicious dressing is homemade!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts + Cinnamon Butternut Squash: These are a few of our favorite things! This beautiful side dish is surprisingly easy - just marinate the veggies and toss them in a pan in the oven!
Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole: A healthier twist on this classic, sweetened with applesauce, is JUST as good as the real thing. (It’s also great prepared ahead!)
