4 Delicious Recipes to Try from Your July CLEAN.FIT box

Looking for some quick and tasty ways to use your July CLEAN.FIT goodies? We got you covered! Here are four healthy recipes - from tasty desserts to full nutritious recipes that you can make with your box items this month. 

 

 

 

A Healthy (and Crunchy) Veggie-Packed Breakfast

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Spinach

Red bell peppers

Purple cabbage

1 Egg

Becca's Petites Savoureux snack mix (from the July CLEAN.FIT Box) 

Siete Foods grain-free tortilla roll-up (or your tortilla of choice!)

 

 

 

How to DIY:

1. Fry your egg in ghee or oil of choice

2. Set on bed of spinach with chopped bell peppers and cabbage

3. Top with sliced avocado and Becca's Petites Savoreux snack mix

4. Finish with a tortilla or your bread of choice! We used Siete grain-free tortilla.

5. Enjoy!

 

 

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Iced Protein Donuts

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 packet Protein Cakery Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cake Mix (from the July CLEAN.FIT Box), prepared with apple sauce, nut butter or oil

1 packet Chocolate Sugar-Free Frosting Mix*

1 packet Peanut Butter Sugar-Free Frosting Mix*

~2 tablespoons milk (vegan or dairy, any kind) 

silicone donut pan

*As an alternative, try using just PB or making this DIY protein frosting mix!

 

 

 

How to DIY:

1. Shape donuts then bake the as directed on the package. It should make 3 large donuts or 12 mini donuts. 

2. When the donuts are cool, prepare the frosting mixes as icing by adding milk (as directed on package).

3. Remove the donuts from the pan

4. Ice and enjoy!

 

 

 

 Keto Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 Cup almond flour

1/2 Cup flax seed meal

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 Cup coconut oil

1 Pouch SuperFat nut-butter (from the July CLEAN.FIT Box!)

1 Tsp vanilla

1/3 Cup sugar-free chocolate chips

1/3 Cup shredded coconut

 

 

 

How to DIY:

1. In a large bowl combine almond flour, flax seed meal, cocoa powder, coconut oil, nut butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix until dough-like.

2. Roll spoonfuls of the mixture into balls 

3. Coat balls with shredded coconut

4. Place balls onto lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour

5. Enjoy!

 

 

 

No Added Sugar CB&J Dip

 

 

 

Ingredients

1/2 jar of Crazy Richard’s creamy cashew butter at room temperature (from your July CLEAN.FIT Box!)

1 Cup frozen raspberries, thawed

2 Tbsp chia seeds

 

 

 

How to DIY:

1. Mix the thawed raspberries and chia seeds together in a bowl until they’re good and combined.

2. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to an hour.

3. Pour in the peanut butter and stir halfway to create a fun swirled pattern.

4. Dip apples, carrots, rice cakes, toast, or anything else you can dream up in it.

5. Enjoy!
