
🌮 It's #TacoTuesday, y'all! 🌮
In less than 30 minutes, you can whip up this delicious and nutritious dish that makes *8 servings* of taco meat, so you'll have meals for days. 🤠
Here are the #dEATs:

Ingredients:
-1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
-1 onion
-2lbs grass-fed beef (or vegan alternative)
-2 tbsp Eat Clean San Diego Taco Party seasoning
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 can organic diced tomatoes
-spinach
-@seedsofchange 90 second organic quinoa
Directions:
1️⃣ Chop & sauté peppers & onion in EVOO on Med heat (10min)

2️⃣ While veggies are cooking, brown the beef in another pan on Med heat (5min)

3️⃣ Add cooked veggies, can of tomato sauce, and seasonings to the meat (2 min)
4️⃣ Mix well and let simmer on Med-low heat (5min)

5️⃣ Microwave quinoa (1.5 minutes)

6️⃣ Serve meat and quinoa on top of a bed of spinach. ENJOY! 😋

You can repurpose as nachos for lunch - serve with guac + salsa if you're feeling fancy 🥑🌶️ OR, you can always freeze some of the meat for a #mealmergency down the road 😉
